I’m a Comic and fellow Mainer, now based in Los Angeles, but I LOVE my home state of MAINE. I’m always looking for a reason to get back there and visit. I also LOVE COMEDY, performing, writing and witnessing it! So I’ve created Maine’s first and only comedy arts celebration with some my most hilarious friends and colleagues in the funny business.

Few people are aware of how many incredibly funny Comics got their start in Maine, there’s something in the water over there. Often when Comics get some time under their belt they either split to NYC or LA for more industry opportunities. While other Comics stay and continue to bust their butts, pummeling Maine audiences with their humor, from Portland to Fort Kent and Rumford to Eastport. Some of the funniest Comics I know and the hardest working, are right there in Maine, driving from Canadian borders to South of the Border to Boston just to do 10 minutes to get some laughs. This festival is in part to honor those gifted fellow Mainer Comics and introduce Maine to some seriously funny friends from outside the state as well, for one huge weekend of laughs, the first weekend of August.

I’ve partnered with the kind folks at the The Bethel Inn Resort, in beautiful western mountain town, Bethel Maine to host this weekend long event. This Resort is absolutely gorgeous with so much to do there.
