Eat My Fuck – Music & Lyrics by Ian (Janet) Harvie

When I was a kid, I played guitar mediocre (at best) and sang terribly. I wrote a couple horrible songs and gave up on the idea of being the serious, brooding, tortured musician type and wrote a couple joke songs for comic relief. Back in the day (early 90’s) when I would perform this one I used to, on occasion, dedicate to crazy ex-girlfriends. But since then I have grown up a (wee) bit and just find the song frigging funny now. Feel free to post it on your page and dedicate it if you want.

This recording was at a live show in a club called Granny Killams in Portland, Maine in 1993. The band I was playing with, Rhythm Section of Shame (RSOS), was warming up the crowd for another Boston band, Heavy Metal Horns.

Note: This song was recorded pre-testosterone. Note the girl-voice. I can’t hit those high soprano notes in the pretty part of the song anymore since hormones.
