KD Lang On An Olivia Cruise, Talk About A Dreamboat

Olivia Cruises are amazing but KD Lang is the DREAMBOAT.

This past weekend I performed at the 35th Anniversary Celebration of Olivia with Margaret Cho. Before our performance, I was fortunate enough to be in the theater on the ship when KD Lang was doing her sound check and also immediately after for her concert.

Now when I reference dreamboat and KD Lang in the same sentence, I don’t mean that in a sexual way. I’m not into the whole butch-on-butch action.. but it’s about her songs. I would seriously let her twirl me around a dance floor to her songs. She is a dreamboatin that extreme musical appreciation way. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard a more perfect and beautiful sound out of anyone’s mouth before. She never missed a note and I had tears in my eyes throughout the entire live concert.
