Sleepy Little Town, Great Museum

Birmingham, Alabama was a tiny, quiet town with a great audience. Thank you Birmingham for a wonderful show last weekend.

While we were out and about in town we discovered the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, a beautiful living monument to the civil rights movement (which obviously continues). For those of you who live in the area and have not been, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? For those who might be traveling to the area anytime soon, please go support this amazing archival project. You will be moved by the photographs, documents, audios and videos of speeches, art installations, and their audio visual history library.
